Using Bridalphotography.mx and when a reserve is made, you accpet this Terms and Conditios.

Bridal Photography MX is a company formed by a professional team of photographers, artists and wedding experts. Bridal Photography will allow you to access a style of author photography, modern, spontaneous, experiental, artistic, creative and original.

I .Wedding Specifications

The Client agrees to provide the following data:

  1. Full name of the couple
  2. Phone and/or mobile number for contact
  3. Address
  4. Wedding date and time
  5. Packages(s) contracted

If you do not provide any of these data, Bridal Photography will not be responsible for any inconvenience that could happen on the day of the event.

The customer must notify Bridal Photography of any changes to the wedding date and time at least 15 days prior the event original date and time. If you do not do so, Bridal Photography does not undertake to cover the event.

II. Extras

Extras are additional services to the photography and video packages. These can only be contracted with the purchase of a photo and/or video package. The client is responsable to inform Bridal Photography which extra services will be required (during the booking  or by email) and/or any change al least 15 prior the event date and time. In case of not providing the request, Bridal Photography will not be responsible for any inconvenience that could happen on the day of the event.

 III. Cost and Payment

The Client agrees to pay in a timely manner the costs generated by our services. Payments can be made via PayPal®, debit/credit card (VISA/MasterCard) or cash.

The Client understands and agrees to pay, at least, 50% of the total ammount (down payment) of the contracted services (packages and extras) in order to book the event. Bridal Photography reserves the right to reserve an event if it has not covered 50% of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

The other 50% of the payment must be paid upon delivery of the photographic / video material.

The prices published on this page are in US dollars and are subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. All prices do not include VAT.

Payments are received in US dollars and Mexican peso subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. In case of paying in with credit / debit card the Client must cover 7% of bank commission.

IV. Time and Delivery

Bridal Photography is committed to deliver the photographic material 48 hours after the event, it will be delivered in digital format, high resolution files (suitable for printing) on an 8 GB USB memory.

Video material (including drone video) is delivered approximately 1 month after the event. It is delivered via email at the address that was made the reservation or at which the Client indicates.

Any request by the Customer, such as editing or modifications to the material, must be made at the counter or by email. This can delay delivery times indicated above and will have additional cost.

In case of requiring the images in less than 48 hours. An extra $150 USD will be charged.

V. Permits and Conditions

  1. THE CLIENT has the permission of Bridal Photography to print and use their digital files in social media, if they wishes.
  2. Bridal Photography has legal ownership of all images so they can be used to feed the portfolio, website and promotion.
  3. Bridal Photography WILL NOT edit physical defects or make photomontages.
  4. Bridal Photography will keep a copy of all photographic material for a period of no more than 3 months, after which the images will be permanently deleted. If you require more storage time, you will be charged $50 USD for every 3 months you want to save. The Client must give notice and pay the indicated amount at least 15 days before the deadline.

 VI. Refund

  1. Deposits (down payments) are not refundable under any circumstances.
  2. If THE CLIENT cancels the event, Bridal Photography does not have cash refund policies, however it can be changed by some other session or service agreed by both parties.
  3. Once finished and delivered our work to the satisfaction of THE CLIENT and products are reviewed, Bridal Photography will NOT make any change and / or return either in cash or in kind.

A. Drone Apendix

DRONE is a device that captures photo and video images from an unique perspective. However, there are regulations of use and are presented as follow.

1. The DRONE is for exclusive use of the business you are contracting. In the case of a mishap they are the only responsibles.

2. It is prohibited to use the DRONE in high risk zones y conditions. Like the following ones:

  1. Closed places
  2. Obstacles in the flight zone
  3. Strong winds
  4. Rain

3. The DRONE has a GPS flight interface that regulates restricted areas as Airports, Marinas and High Risk Zones. It is important to be sure and ask about the restrictions of the place wanted to work.

4. If the DRONE is contracted for service and at the time of the event is not posible to fly for the previous metioned circunstances, we reserve the right of deliver the service and or any warranty of reimbursement.

5. It is important to notify the Hotel that the DRONE is going to be used during the event so they are knowledgeable and in certain cases an authorization is given.

 

CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT

In the case of cancellation 1 month prior the event’s date a 15% of charge will be made over the total amount of the contracted service.

7. In the case of cancellation 1 week prior the event’s date a 50% of charge will be made over the total amount of the contracted service.

8. In the case of cancellation 2 days prior the event’s date no reimbursement will be made for contracted service. 9. In case of the , accident or thecnical problems with the DRONE, there is no warranty that any material will be delivered, if that is the case only a reinbursement of the contracted service will be made.
